Golden Barre is a low-impact fitness class specially designed for seniors, blending elements of ballet, Pilates, and strength training to improve balance, flexibility, and coordination. This class uses a chair for support, helping participants perform controlled movements that target muscle toning, posture, and joint mobility. With a focus on gentle, yet effective exercises, Golden Barre promotes strength, endurance, and flexibility while being mindful of the body's needs as we age.
