Belly Dance Fitness offers a fun way to burn calories through shimmying. Students will master the fundamentals of Bellydance in a welcoming setting, focusing on basic body isolations and hip movements set to captivating cultural music. The class concludes with a basic choreography and is suitable for all levels of experience. Bring your own coin sash skirt or some are provided at the studio.
