DDS Spring Track and Field Training Program (Ages 6 - 18)   

There is no better time for students to get into track and field, gain new friendships while building speed, strength and endurance.  Athletes will learn proper running form and while being exposed to various events. These skills will be developed throughout the season so that athletes get stronger and faster. Skills learned in training will translate into other sports such as football, baseball, and soccer.  

Elementary Students practice from 6pm - 7pm.  Middle & High School practice 7 - 8:15.
