Celebrate the flavors of the season in this farm-fresh cooking adventure! Campers will transform the freshest fruits and vegetables into mouthwatering creations like blackberry cobbler, veggie frittata, and homemade dill pickles. Young bakers will learn the fundamentals of baking – from reading and following recipes to measuring out ingredients. Bakers will practice their skills by baking: cinnamon rolls, banana bread, pop tarts, coffee cake, and muffins. Each baker will take home a personal box of their baked goods, aprons, recipe books and mini baking kit.

Step into a fairy tale baking adventure! In this enchanting camp, young chefs will whip up cupcakes inspired by classic stories—pumpkin cupcakes fit for Cinderella, apple cupcakes worthy of Snow White, and caramel sea-salt cupcakes straight from the Little Mermaid’s undersea kingdom. Put on your baking hat and join us as we bring these beloved tales to life through unique cupcake flavors. Our chefs-in-training will learn how to make delicious and nutritious recipes inspired by cuisine from Europe. Each class will focus on a new country and its unique dishes. Students will enjoy pain de mais from France, wedding cookies from Greece, gazpacho from Portugal, and so much more! Foundational cooking skills will be taught, including proper techniques for measuring, mixing, slicing, dicing, and of course, kitchen safety! We hope to see you in the kitchen this summer! All ingredients and supplies will be provided!

Food Trucks have exploded onto the culinary scene and America can’t get enough of them. In this camp your student can be part of this fast growing trend by making well-loved American dishes, ethnic food specialities and fast selling sweet treats. Not only will they make popular food truck dishes, but they will learn important entrepreneurial skills such as marketing, planning and advertising. Critical thinking skills will be developed as the particular challenges of making food in a truck are explored. Space is limited, please register soon. Campers will learn about the science of cooking and do amazing experiments using everyday items found in the kitchen such as milk and skittles. Join us as we make homemade pizza, ice cream and other amazingly delicious treats while discovering the world of science.

This camp will take the stress out of making a multiple course meal. By the end of the week, young chefs will know how to make and personalize appetizers, a side dish, main dish, and dessert. This camp teaches invaluable, lifelong skills and is a great confidence builder as students learn how to plan a meal for family and friends. Perfect for a Foodie Feast! Get ready for a sweet adventure at the Great American Cookie Bake-Off! In this fun camp, kids will dive into the world of baking, creating delicious cookies and showing off their skills in a friendly competition. They'll learn key techniques like mixing, shaping, and decorating, while experimenting with classic recipes and new flavor combos. Campers will build confidence, unleash creativity, and have a blast in the kitchen! Kitchens are the best laboratories for science! Learn how cooking and STEM concepts go hand in hand during our series of hands-on food experiments. Candy puts a smile on everyone’s faces but sugar is the perfect ingredient to learn exciting science concepts. Wear your apron & make edible science!

Each class will feature 4 unique dishes, so students can explore a variety of flavors and cooking techniques. Our diverse and exciting menu features matcha cookies, horchata, paneer tika, Brazilian cheese bread, and spinach and artichoke dip! Camp goers will learn how to make everything from bubble gum, to gummy bears, to delicious chocolates, and explore the science behind how it all happens! Our Candy Camp is an engaging, sensory experience that incorporates kids' favorite candies. They'll bring home delicious creations to share with family and friends.
