This camp introduces students to the fundamentals of track and field in a clear, structured, and age-appropriate way. Campers learn proper running form, starting techniques, pacing and endurance through sprinting and running activities. This camp builds strong foundational skills through hands-on training that focuses on running, speed, agility, strength, flexibility, and endurance. Coaches will guide students through running and some field events, helping them develop confidence, teamwork, and mental toughness. Students learn event rules, safety, body control, and respectful athletic behavior. Lessons focus on building speed, coordination, balance, strength, flexibility and confidence while practicing correct technique. Skills are taught through guided practice, and simple challenges, so students stay focused and involved. Beginners learn the foundational skills, while intermediate athletes refine form, timing and control. By the end of camp students will understand how to train, compete, and perform track and field events with focus and effort. Can you win the goal in your event?
