Sustaining Vitality: Qigong   

Increase vitality, give your immune system a boost, and feel more energetic. Qigong is based on the principle of balancing your body's natural energy (Qi) through meditation, breathing, and movement exercises that are easy to learn and put into practice. This class focuses on three types of Qigong: meditative relaxation, movement exercises, and healing sounds. Come join us in this fun informative class.

  • All students attending classes in the Roy Flores Wellness Center are required to show ID to enter the facility and complete a liability waiver each quarter at the first class.

    There will be no class on 7/4.

  • CE classes are intended for adults 18 and up unless otherwise noted. Please see Continuing Education Policies to learn more about our underage waiver, refund, and cancellation policies.

  • Are you an au pair? Do you need documentation for work that you attended class? Don’t forget to register for the CEU or Clock Hours fee.
