There is much more to Yoga than the physical poses. Understanding the definition of Yoga alongside performing the posture can fire-up and deepen what you already know about Yoga. During this class, the Yoga theory learned in the Wednesday intro to Yoga Philosophy class, will be explored through various postures including standing, seated, twisting, back bending and restoratives. Students will learn Yoga postures and breath exercises progressively, accurately, and safely. Taking both classes is recommended but not required. This course is open to yoga practitioners as well as those who have never practiced yoga postures. Taking both classes is recommended but not required.
