Make Your Own Cocktail Bitters  

Make tasty, balanced cocktails with hand-crafted bitters, a must-have for your home bar. You'll learn how to create a basic bitters base, experimenting with different infusions of aromatic plant extracts for custom flavors. The class includes everything you'll need to create two 4-oz. bottles of bitters, including the base spirit, a variety of bittering and flavoring agents, and reusable infusion jars and dispensing bottles that you'll get to take home. Class will be held as scheduled pending opening up of phase restrictions. A $20 materials fee is due to the instructor in class.
