Welcome to music-led interval training! Are you looking for a challenging, high-intensity interval training workout? You’ve come to the right class! This class, through music, is crafted to drive the intensity in a challenging progression that provides a total body workout. The result? Total body fitness. You’ll move in sync to music, making you work harder. This class will push you past your plateaus to help you reach your fitness goals faster. Using your own body weight, you will gain muscular endurance, tone, and definition while experiencing increased after-burn. Please bring a towel and water bottle to class. Class includes a membership to the Wellness Center.
