Learning in Action – An Introduction to the Alexander Technique  

Developed by F.M. Alexander, this educational process helps you undo adverse postural habits and avoid unneeded muscular and mental tension. Through delicate guidance in activities of their choosing, students will discover efficient, effective, and more fun ways of doing their daily, professional and recreational activities. Students will gain a greater anatomical understanding of themselves in movement, and learn how learn to use this awareness and constructive thinking to make ongoing, personal improvements.
