Mediterranean Small Plates   

Whether you call them Hors D'oeuvres, Tapas, Meze or Antipasto- these are the delicious little plates found all over the Mediterranean (Spain, Italy, France, Greece, Turkey and Morocco). This class will provide you with unique recipes that will serve as fun appetizers Cauliflower Manchego tart, Smoked garlic shrimp skewers, stuffed eggplant rolls, chard and feta stuffed Phyllo dough. When it's grey and rainy in Seattle, explore the fun and diverse specialties from the sunny spots of the Mediterranean world! A $36 materials fee is due to the instructor on first day of class.
