Sustaining Vitality Qigong - Wild Goose Qigong  

Wild Goose (Dayan) Qigong has been taught and practiced for hundreds of years by the Taoist monks of the Kun Lun mountains of North Western China. Dayan Qigong is a form of flowing mediation that consists of 64 movements that help to facilitate the smooth flow of vital energy (Qi), and increase the efficiency of blood circulation. Practicing Dayan Qigong for just 15 minutes a day can have tremendously positive effects on your health and wellbeing. Dayan Qigong is appropriate for most age groups and abilities.
