Adult Family Home Administrator Course- Meeting Online  

This 54-hour class outlines and prepares students for the Adult Family Home licensing and inspection process. Covers roles and responsibilities of a licensed provider, business and operations’ procedures, staff management, resident rights and care issues, and State and Federal laws governing Adult Family Homes. Taught by highly experienced providers/instructors. All training materials provided. Prerequisite: take the English Proficiency test to evaluate English or submit unofficial college transcript showing successful completion of college-level English.     REFUND POLICY 

    To cancel a registration/withdraw from a class, contact the Continuing Education office by phone (206-934-3629) or email (afh.north@seattlecolleges.edu) at least two (2) business days prior to the start of class. You will be refunded 100% of the class fee minus a $6.00 processing fee. The processing fee will be waived if you transfer to another AFH Administrator class. As per WAC 132F-605-030, no refunds are given for a Continuing Education class if registration is cancelled less than two (2) business days before the class starts or after the class begins.

  • Now - Feb 22 class payments will be delayed, but you will be considered registered (unless you are added to the waitlist) for a class even though payment is not complete. Payment will be completed after Feb 22 and might show up on a later statement.
