Canning Workshop: Pickling and Fermenting   NEW!

Fabulous fresh vegetables from your garden or local farmer's markets are here...now, what to do with them all? Learn how to pickle and preserve this bounty. Become familiar with all canning equipment and how to pickle safely for your pantry. We will prepare a quick pickle recipe for you to take home. A $5 materials fee is due to the instructor in class.
