Poetry in Form

Do you enjoy writing poetry and want to try your hand at different forms? In this class, students are introduced to different poetic forms, some classic and some modern. Each week we will look at examples of a specific poetry form, learn the history, and discuss effective and applicable writing techniques. We’ll also hold regular workshops and discuss each other's work. This course is a great complement to the Introduction to Poetry Workshop course and open to writers of all skill and experience levels.
