Chocolatier   NEW!

Spend the afternoon in our kitchen learning all about glorious chocolates; white, dark and milk varieties. We’ll temper our chocolate so it sets up with the perfect snap and gloss to create delicious and unique molds. Make truffles or cups filled with peanut butter, lemon verbena, earl grey, mascarpone coffee cream, salted caramel, raspberry filled dark chocolate or your own original creations. We use only high-quality chocolate, natural ingredients and flavorings so you’ll leave class with an artisan box of filled chocolates, recipes and the know-how for you to do it all again anytime. A $30 materials fee is due to the instructor in class.
