Starting a Legal Home Based Food Business - Meeting Online   NEW!

Did you know that it is possible to start a food business out of your own home kitchen - yes, even during a pandemic! If you’ve ever dreamed of turning your love for baking into a side business, this is the course for you. Taught by an experienced food entrepreneur, we will cover business licensing and health code issues specific to home-based food businesses and provide step-by-step information about food costing, sales channels, and the financial aspects of making a successful start. Home-based food businesses are mainly limited to baked products - if you have any questions prior to signing up for the course as to whether or not your product ideas would be in-line with Washington's laws, please contact the instructor at info@smallfoodbiz.com for clarification.
