Kitchen Kicks: Sweet and Savory Sessions with Chef Michele - Meeting Online   NEW!

Attention all sweet and savory food lovers, we have a new series of kitchen classes for you! Whether you're new to cooking and baking or an enthusiast, our session classes will teach you how to create new dishes in the comfort of your own kitchen! Join Michele for fun, hands-on and real-time classes that cover everything from baking to cooking! Each week we'll offer you a new sweet or savory experience. Sign up is simple; pick the sessions you want, pay the per session fee and receive your prep packet for each class. The session fee is per household so you can have as many cooks in your kitchen as you like! Classes are 2-3 hours, unless otherwise noted. Each class is a password-protected Zoom session and you’ll receive an email with a session ID and password 30 minutes prior to your class. Classes are recorded so you will have access to the re-play as well!

  • Brioche Dough Two Ways

    Learn how to make sweet and savory rolls! Chef Michele will show you how to turn her brioche dough recipe into not one, but two different types of rolls. A savory gruyere stuffed roll and her delicious cinnamon rolls. You'll receive class recipes and pre-packet before class and a video recording of the class afterward. Each class is a password-protected Zoom session and you’ll receive an email directly from the instructor with a session ID and password 30 minutes prior to your class.

  • Spring Cookie Bouquet

    Hop into spring with Chef Michele as she shows you how to create an adorable spring inspired cookie set. She will also show you how to use the set to create a fun cookie bouquet perfect to give away as a gift, use as a table center piece at a party or just to eat! You'll receive class recipes and pre-packet before class and a video recording of the class afterward. Each class is a password-protected Zoom session and you’ll receive an email directly from the instructor with a session ID and password 30 minutes prior to your class.

  • Spring Cupcakes and Cupcake Bouquet

    Come learn how to pipe several different styles of cupcakes using a variety of tips. Students will learn to make buttercream, color it and decorate using a number of different tips for fun spring inspired cupcakes. Chef Michele will also show you how to create a cupcake bouquet. You'll receive class recipes and pre-packet before class and a video recording of the class afterward. Each class is a password-protected Zoom session and you’ll receive an email directly from the instructor with a session ID and password 30 minutes prior to your class.
