Cultural Humility and Understanding - Meeting Online   NEW!

Join us for the rebooted class Race and You: For Your Consideration, with Christina Chang, as we explore what Robin DiAngelo calls the most complex system ever created in this country: Racism. We'll talk about the walk through understanding diversity, difference, race and racism through Derald Wing Sue's "Pillars" Framework, we'll explore the science of implicit bias, the phenomenon of microaggressions, and we'll challenge white supremacy culture, especially as it pertains to the workplace. Be prepared for breakout rooms, journaling and lots of discussion!
