Beginning Ballet for Adults   

Join a welcoming, moderately-paced course for students with or without previous dance experience. We'll begin with basic movements at the barre to develop a fundamental understanding of ballet technique, then practice simple exercises across the floor. This class is designed to help students tap into their own creative intelligence while moving, sweating and having fun! Please wear comfortable clothing that allows for full range of movement. Ballet shoes are optional-they cost about $25-or students are welcome to wear socks instead.
