Each session, instructor Terril Teran Mire will guide you through mindful, full-body workouts, offering a variety of exercises and modifications for both beginners and experienced Pilates students. A regular Pilates practice promotes strength and mobility, improving daily life and activities. Come prepared to each class session with a Pilates or yoga mat, pillow, strap or belt, two 1-3 pound hand weights (or water bottles/cans) and water.
