CSI - Myth vs. Fact   

Enjoy CSI shows and mysteries? Then this presentation is for you. Some photos and information may be considered graphic/offensive by some – 18 & older only in this class.  Crimes such as homicides, robberies, and more will be discussed and photos shown to enhance learning experience. Presenter will be showing many photos and discussing actual crime scenes she has processed for evidence. Fingerprint mutilation, intentionally performed by criminals/unscrupulous doctors will also be a segment of the presentation. Play Myth vs. Fact game and test your knowledge of behind the scene facts of what goes on during a crime scene investigation.   Look at actual photographs from crime scenes to determine what the evidence revealed. You will be able to participate in hands on exercises regarding fingerprints.  Class is interactive. Unique opportunity to ask a Forensic Scientist questions. Students will need a roll of clear tape ( Scotch tape) & only ONE of the following: ceramic mug, OR clear water bottle OR clear sheet protector.
