Pie Baking Basics

Join Chef Michele as she teaches you how to make a delicious Kirsch cherry pie. Learn how to make a perfect pie crust and amazing pie filling, then finish your creation with a beautiful lattice crust.  While our pies bake, she will show how to make hand pies and her childhood favorite pie crust cookies.  You will receive class recipes, pre-class videos and the class replay video.  As an added bonus, Michele will also supply her recipes for other sweet and savory pie crusts and her most popular pie recipes!

Please note: The session fee is per household so you can have as many cooks in your kitchen as you like! Only one person in the household is required to register and pay for the class. Classes are 2-3 hours, unless otherwise noted. Each class is a password-protected Zoom session, and you'll receive an email with a session ID and password prior to your class. Classes are recorded so you will have access to the re-play as well!
