Summer in the PNW means a plethora of fresh veggies, and what better way to enjoy them than with this plant-based cooking class! Chef Michele will show you how in-season fresh veggies combined with delicious grains and plant-based proteins can be transformed into delicious, flavorful meals. If you've taken one of our earlier Plant-Based cooking classes and are looking for more delicious recipes, don’t miss this class!
