Yoga for the Body   

Helping people become more in touch with their bodies is the focus of this class.  When we lose touch with our bodies it can feel like we are walking around as a body without a head.  Yoga postures, breath practice, and self-reflection will be taught to connect the mind and body. This course is open to Yoga practitioners as well as those who have never practiced Yoga postures.
