Guided Autobiography   

This course is designed to help you tap into your life experiences and transform them into compelling stories. Guided Autobiography (GAB) is a unique approach to writing a memoir that combines the power of guided reminiscence with writing exercises. Whether you are a seasoned writer or just starting out, GAB offers a structured, supportive environment to explore your memories, reflect on your life, and create meaningful narratives.
