Optimizing Leadership: Developing Your Leadership Approach   

This course is designed to equip participants with the tools and insights necessary to excel in leadership across various dimensions - self, team, and organizational leadership. Utilizing the TCUA (Theory, Concept, Understanding, Application) framework from the book Optimizing Leadership, this course encourages active participation through exercises, discussions, and self-reflection to help leaders develop their own unique leadership style. The course covers essential topics such as motivation, self-awareness, resilience, accountability, and change management. It is designed to provide a comprehensive approach to leadership that is applicable regardless of one's official title or role.
