Writing as Metamorphosis and Rebellion

Using techniques like free writing, asemic writing, erasure, Oulipo prompts, and Surrealist games, we will toss aside the writing rule book to discover our authentic voice, hone our craft, and build community. In this class we will explore the writer as actor, animal, dancer, ghost, lunatic, magician, recluse, shape-shifter, and trickster. This is not a class on how to make money writing, but on how to use writing to change yourself and the world. This class is for writers and non-writers alike, at any and all levels.
