Ecstatic Drum & Dance   

Join us for an Ecstatic Dance style class, accompanied by powerful Afro-Caribbean drum rhythms! We start with a warm-up to stretch and get our bodies moving, then we get things cooking with some hot dance music set to live percussion and ambient EDM. Ecstatic Drum and Dance is a free form movement space: No dance steps to learn, no instructor to follow, this is a time for you to let go, dance and sweat your worries away! Powerful Afro-Caribbean rhythms ignite the dance floor so you can move your body and soul. Get ready to sweat, shake it off and let go of whatever is making you feel some type of way. Drum and Dance is the medicine you have been searching for. Come get your dose.
