Critique: Art Around the Sound

Critique: Art Around the Sound invites students to step into the city as a living studio where ideas, materials, and perspectives unfold in real time. Each week, we’ll gather at a different museum, gallery, or community art space to encounter artwork that expands curiosity, and challenges perspectives. Through guided prompts, reflective sketching, and shared conversation, this course will encourage students to explore how inspiration emerges from place, context, and the unexpected. Bring a sketchbook, an open mind, and a willingness to let the city’s creative energy move you. Comfortable shoes and curiosity encouraged!
