Chef Michele will show you how in-season fresh veggies combined with delicious grains and plant based proteins can be transformed into delicious, flavorful meals.

  • Sensational Doughnuts: Indulge in the art of making your own delicious doughnuts. Learn to make decadent cake doughnuts with vanilla bean or chocolate glaze. Chef Michele will walk you through her fun techniques for coating and decorating your doughnuts. You'll receive class recipes and the video recording of the class. Bonus: You'll receive Michele's recipes for making Fritters,Yeast Doughnuts and Baked Doughnuts.

  • Ricotta Gnocchi/Gnudi: If you've ever been intimidated by the thought of making fresh pasta at home, don't be! Chef Michele will show you how simple it is to make ricotta gnocchi (also known as gnudi), and it's more foolproof than its potato counterparts! She will also teach you how to make a delicious sauce to accompany your gnudi.
