  • The Art of Quick Bread
    Take a trip to the British Isles with cream scones and soda bread. These classic breads are delicious any time, but great to make for St Patrick's Day. You'll receive class recipes and the video recording of the class afterward. Bonus: You will also receive Michele’s lemon curd recipe and access to the video recipe. This recipe was a bakery favorite for her customers and is delicious with cream scones. Each class is a password-protected Zoom session and you’ll receive an email directly from the instructor with a session ID and password 30 minutes prior to your class.

    Learn to make a Creme de Menthe cake perfect for St Patrick's Day! The cake layers are baked in different colors, and you'll learn to stack, ice and decorate your cake with simple decorating techniques. Try the trendy drip technique!   • Chocolate Without a Temper
    You don't need to use tempered chocolate to make beautiful and delicious confections. We'll use compound chocolate to make quick confections and simple ingredients to create yummy fillings as well. You'll receive class recipes, project ideas for all-occasions and the video recording of the class.     Learn how to turn a regular 8” round cake into a beautiful fun bunny cake. Michele will share tips and techniques for turning your bunny into a wonderful family memory. This class is family friendly!     Come learn how to pipe several different styles of cupcakes using a variety of tips. Students will learn to make buttercream, color it and decorate using a number of different tips for fun spring inspired cupcakes. Chef Michele will also show you how to create a cupcake bouquet.
