  • The Art of Pie
    In this session, Michele will walk you through making a delicious salted caramel apple pie. You will learn how to make a perfect pie crust, amazing caramel sauce and finish your creation with a beautiful lattice crust. You'll receive class recipes, pre-class videos and the video recording of the class.     Learn to make easy pizza dough and pizza sauce. Toppings are your choice! While your pizza bakes, Michele will show you how to use the same dough to make a quick focaccia bread. This is a family friendly class.     Gnocchi are yummy small soft potato pasta-like dumplings. We'll make classic gnocchi with a seasonal sauce. This is a hearty dish for wet cold winter weather!     Indulge in the art of making your own delicious cake doughnuts. Learn to make decadent cake doughnuts with vanilla bean or chocolate glaze.     Take a trip to the British Isles with cream scones and soda bread. These classic breads are delicious any time, but great to make for St Patrick's Day.     You don't need to use tempered chocolate to make beautiful and delicious confections. We'll use compound chocolate to make quick confections and simple ingredients to create yummy fillings as well.
