    There are four fundamental skills that all leaders must master for success including: communication, self-awareness, influencing others and the ability to learn. This course will guide you in developing skills in each fundamental through informative and interactive videos, activities, self-reflection, and discussion questions. There are additional activities to complete in your job, providing the opportunity to practice, receive feedback, and apply the skills you have learned to your real-world work environment.
