Learn basic American Sign Language in an enjoyable, fun class environment with a knowledgeable instructor. Whether it’s always been something you wanted to learn or a tool to gain language skills in signs and conversational sign to communicate with Deaf clients, friends and family. This is a great class to start your journey into the Deaf world. Also, learn about Deaf culture and etiquette through games and student interactions.
No books or tools needed, all materials provided.

Must be 16 years of age to take this class. If the student is a minor under the age of 16, a parent or guardian must enroll in the class with the minor.
Our Spring 2026 section runs from January 26th through March 30th, meeting Monday evenings on campus from 6:30-8:30pm.
