EEO Training for New Investigators  

Skilled Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) personnel* deliver this 32-hour course that meets the EEO MD-110 required training for new federal investigators. Participants will learn EEO law basics and investigative techniques in an interactive setting. Course topics include:

♦ An Overview of the EEO Process (29 C.F.R. Part 1614)
♦ The Roles and Responsibilities of an EEO Investigator
♦ A Study of Relevant Statutes/Cases
♦ The Case Management Process
♦ Techniques for Planning and Conducting Interviews
♦ Investigative Reports and Summaries
♦ Produce a Report of Investigation

Certificate is awarded with successful completion

*typical case earns $1,200, a complex case earns up to $2,500

Become a skilled Equal Employment Opportunity Investigator

Only four Saturdays, from 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m., with a lunch break, will start your earning opportunities as an EEO New Investigator.
