Understanding Stress: A Self-Care Approach to Work-Life Balance   

This course focuses on an individualized self-exploration of the impact of stress on health and wellbeing. Participants will engage in activities to examine their own overall health and wellbeing, learn about the nature of stress, the stress response, and identify personal and work stressors that negatively impact health. Participants will practice and implement coping strategies and relaxation techniques and develop a personal wellness plan to implement after the course to maximize personal functioning.
