Log Cabin Quilts

Log Cabin quilts may have found popularity in the United States around the time of President Lincoln, but did you know the design has been found on Egyptian mummies? We will explore and create projects using a basic Log Cabin block. Materials list: Fabric and batting (amount determined by desired size of final project), a sewing machine is recommended for the course, but bringing it to class is not expected. Participants should be confident beginners in sewing or quilting.
