Drawn and Quartered: An Historical and Artistic Overview of Political Cartooning

Do you love (or hate) political cartoons—the ungentlemanly art—and the folks who create them? Do they just reflect or do they make changes in our society? Can history be taught with these outrageous images? We'll discuss how to view and read them with a critical eye. What about shelf life? Examples from different perspectives will be included.
