This year’s 35th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall presents us with the perfect opportunity to witness the striking transformation of Germany, from a brutal belligerent dictatorship to a flourishing and pacifist democracy. This course will be a fascinating discussion of how Europe’s most populous nation fared in the last eight decades.
