Leadership Lessons from Ancient Wisdom and Contemporary Findings    NEW!

We're living in a disruptive environment: extreme weather events, social justice movements, our divisive politics, and the pandemic. This is an incredible challenge to our brains, which are wired for certainty and control. How do we lead amidst such volatility? We'll answer that question by exploring episodes in the Hebrew Bible as well as lessons from leaders like Nelson Mandela, Colin Powell, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Abraham Lincoln, and George C. Marshall. We'll also draw on current brain research and social science research that show how we can find many opportunities to innovate during these disruptive times.

Note: No knowledge of the Hebrew Bible is needed to understand the stories and how I use them.
