Tai Chi for Health (Intermediate)   NEW!

Tai Chi for Health(TM) is a form of Tai Chi designed by a physician using a combination of traditional Tai Chi forms as an exercise system. This class is for people who have taken the beginner class or who have some previous Tai Chi experience. It will cover the more advanced forms of the Tai Chi for Arthritis/Fall Prevention set. These six, one-hour classes will focus on balance, fall prevention, flexibility, and strength building in a stress-free, noncompetitive atmosphere. NOTE: As in any exercise class, students should check with their primary care physicians before joining and will be asked to sign a standard release form similar to those used in gyms and fitness centers.
