Tai Chi for Health: An Introduction to Yang style, Part 2    NEW!

Tai Chi for Health is a program that uses a combination of Tai Chi forms as an exercise system. In this class students will learn a sequence of simple Tai Chi forms in the Yang style plus various other Tai Chi and Qi Gong related exercises. This class will be suitable for beginners as well as people with some experience in Tai Chi.
NOTE: Before participating in any exercise program participants should check with their doctors to insure that there are no contraindications, special consideration, or limitations from a medical standpoint.
