This one-session course provides an update on attempts in Virginia to restrict gerrymandering, including: passage of Constitutional Amendment #1 by more than 65% of Virginia voters in the November 2020 general election; enabling legislation to guide the redistricting commission operations; and follow-up actions taken in the 2021 legislative sessions of the Virginia General Assembly.
