Entering the Fascinating World of Honey Bees  

This course examines the importance of honey bees, how this resource can be protected, and the role of beekeeping today. Topics include the history of beekeeping, basic bee biology, the role of honey bees as pollinators, environmental stressors, honey, and a basic introduction to beekeeping as a hobby.
