Eat Like a Greek: The (Authentic) Mediterranean Diet
The Mediterranean diet has been hailed as the best diet for overall health. This course will provide building blocks for eating simply, healthfully, mindfully and seasonally. Class members will learn to prepare traditional recipes using fresh produce, herbs, and spices. It is a hands-on class, where we will chop, season, and learn authentic recipes from Cyprus, Greece, Turkey, and Lebanon.
