Day 1 =  Dive Into the Science - What are fungi, and History of ethnomycology.
Day 2 =  Wild Mushrooms -  Foraging & Mushroom Identification.
Day 3 =  EthnoMycology -  Mushroom Cultivation, Current and Historic uses of Fungi.
