Learn to create a handmade, hardbound journal with cardboard, cord, and beautiful paper. After you assemble the cover, you'll learn simple bookbinding techniques to sew together a stack of thick, unlined paper using the Coptic binding method.
It's paper-craft meets sewing! Finished books measure 5 x 7 inches and hold up to 60 sheets.
Use your handmade book as a journal, recipe book, photo album, and more. All materials included, but you may wish to bring some of your favorite scrapbook paper (card stock thickness) for the cover. We will have many paper options available so you can personalize your book.
