Introduction to Candle Making   

This introductory candle-making class offers participants a comprehensive overview of the craft. Designed for beginners, the session covers essential topics such as wax selection, fragrance blending, wick sizing, and safe pouring techniques. During this class, students will create three different candles, including a travel tin candle, a small votive, and a pair of rolled tapers using sheets of beeswax. This hands-on experience provides a well-rounded introduction to candle making, allowing participants to explore various techniques and styles.

    By the end of the class, students will have a solid understanding of candle making, including wax types, wick selection, as well as how to scent and color their creations. Each student will take home the candles they made in class.
