Personal Artistry   

Learn basic techniques for drawing a still life including positive and negative space, prospective and form. In this class you will learn how to develop values, colors and textures using oil pastels to create a visually pleasing composition.

This course is an exploration of using Oil Pastels.

Class is held at Olympic College's Bremerton Campus, but is offered through Kitsap Art Center.

Introduction to Painting w/ Acrylics and a Value Study:

Develop your own creative style as you learn the fundamental elements of painting with this water-based medium including color, form, value, and contour line.

• The first session will focus on observational drawing and exploring with black and white values in paint.
• The second session will use the same observational process, but focusing on creating values in color.

This 2 day course is held at Olympic College's Bremerton Campus, but is offered by Kitsap Art Center.
