It's never too late (or too soon) to learn how to line dance! This 4-5 session beginner-friendly class is designed for those 60+ or anyone who wants extra time to break down each step and practice safe dancing techniques. Improve memory, balance, coordination and cardiovascular fitness, all while meeting new friends and gaining confidence for a night out dancing! Learn popular line dances to a variety of musical genres. Bring leather-soled shoes or sneakers (no sandals or open-toed shoes) and a water bottle.

Continue to develop your line dance vocabulary and build on your skills to learn improver dances. This fast-paced class will introduce dances with multiple tags, restarts and complicated step combinations. Mastery of the level 1 class or comparable dance experience is required. You will need to wear leather soled shoes or sneakers and bring a water bottle.

New to pickleball? This beginner-friendly clinic introduces the rules, scoring, court positioning, and basic strokes in a fun, supportive environment. Over four two-hour sessions, participants build confidence through guided instruction, drills, and introductory gameplay. No prior experience required. Bring a pickleball paddle and water bottle, and dress comfortably to move around the (indoor) court. Court sneakers or tennis shoes, and sport goggles recommended. It is common to take the same level clinic more than once to gain mastery before moving on to the next level. This clinic is designed for intermediate players who want to improve their pickleball game. Start to enjoy the game more as you become more competitive and strategic, whether you’re playing on the neighborhood court or testing your skills in tournaments.
For all pickleball clinics, you will need to bring a pickleball paddle and water bottle, and dress comfortably to move around the court. Court sneakers or tennis shoes are recommended. Clinics are held indoors. While the courts stay at a comfortable temperature, please note the space is not fully heated or air conditioned. It is common to take the same level clinic more than once to gain mastery before moving on to the next level.
